Call us directly at (609) 884-8409 or 1(888) 411-1998 and speak to one of our Reservationists or e-mail us at reservations@chalfonte.com with your request including travel dates, phone number, and the best time to reach you. This e-mail address is for Reservation related e-mails only.
Online booking is available, though we encourage you to book directly
through the reservations office at (609) 884-8409 or toll free at
1(888) 411-1998 for the best rates* and rooms. *Online bookings
include third party surcharges.
Meal plans cannot be purchased through the online reservation system.
Deposits
When making a reservation we require a 50% deposit on the full amount of the reservation, which will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Two weeks notice is required in the event of cancellation in order for a deposit to be refunded, minus a $25.00 bookkeeping charge per room.
Deposits on reservations that are canceled within two weeks of the arrival date will be refunded only if the hotel is completely booked for the entire length of your stay, less the $25.00 bookkeeping charge. Guests renting the Franklin Street Cottage are not entitled to a refund. Guests arriving later than the confirmed arrival date and departing earlier than the confirmed departure date are responsible for the cost of the number of nights originally confirmed.
